Frequently Asked
How do I book?
Fill out the contact form on our Book Us page. We respond within 24-72 hours. A $200 non-refundable deposit reserves your date (first come, first served), with the remaining balance due 3 days before your event.
Can you set up outdoors or at parks?
Yes! The surface must be flat, dry, clean, and safe — grass works great as long as it's dry and clear. We can't set up on dirt, sand, tanbark, rocks, or extremely uneven surfaces.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Cash. Zelle and Apple Cash are free of processing fees.
What if the weather is bad?
We can't set up outdoors in rain. If it's 75+ degrees, shade or a tent is required. Your deposit can be credited to another date within a year and is transferable.
What about the damage hold?
A $200 deep cleaning/damage hold is added to your total. It's fully refundable after the event if no damage or deep cleaning is needed.
